30-day right of return
Shopping at home is now even less stressful and completely without risk. You can examine your articles in your own time and return any articles that you - or your cat - do not like within 30 days, provided these are in the original packing and have not been used. Free delivery

You can pay in advance (i.e. bank transfer), by direct debit (currently only available to customers resident in Germany), against invoice and by instalments (currently only available to customers resident in Germany), via giropay, credit card or PayPal. All payment options are free of charge for you, i.e. we do not levy any separate payment surcharge.
